The successor to the original and similarly named BattleTech Salvage Box: Clan Invasion , BattleTech Salvage Box: Clan Invasion Salvage is a lucky-dip box containing one plastic BattleMech miniature for use in the classic BattleTech tabletop and Alpha Strike games. The box also provides one dry-erase card, which are intended to directly support Alpha Strike gameplay, and one new Pilot Card. Though the original Salvage Box: Clan Invasion was created for the 2019 Clan Invasion Crowdfunding Campaign to ensure those who received a number of ForcePacks and selected Lance ForcePacks (4 'Mechs) over Star ForcePacks (5 'Mechs) also received an additional fifth 'Mech, the success and response to the Salvage Boxes among the BattleTech community prompted Cataylst to create a mass retail version drawing from all the 'Mechs developed from the Clan Invasion campaign.
