The successor to the original BattleTech Salvage Box: Legendary , the BattleTech Salvage Box: Legendary II & III is a lucky-dip box containing one plastic miniature for use in the classic BattleTech tabletop and Alpha Strike games. The box also provides one dry-erase card, which are intended to directly support Alpha Strike gameplay, and one new Pilot Card. The Legendary II & III Salvage Box was created as a part of the crowdfunding campaign to support the BattleTech: Mercenaries boxset. The miniature in each Salvage Box is determined randomly and as its name suggests is drawn from both the Legendary MechWarriors II and Legendary III packs , although the Alpha Strike dry-erase card and Pilot Card match the BattleMech or Vehicle. Campaign backers will be able to purchase Legendary Salvage Boxes as add-ons in the pledge manager for US$8 each.
