The BattleTech Salvage Box: Legendary is a lucky-dip box containing one plastic miniature for use in the classic BattleTech tabletop and Alpha Strike games. The box also provides one dry-erase card, which are intended to directly support Alpha Strike gameplay, and one new Pilot Card. The BattleTech Salvage Box: Legendary was created as a part of the Clan Invasion Kickstarter 2019 . The miniature in each Salvage Box is determined randomly, although the Alpha Strike dry-erase card and Pilot Card match the 'Mech. Salvage boxes were available in the Kickstarter through two routes: those who backed the Kickstarter at any level received one free BattleTech Salvage Box: Legendary, provided that their total pledge was $50 or more; and BattleTech Legendary Salvage Boxes could be purchased as Kickstarter add-ons for US$7 each. These Salvage Boxes were consistently described during the campaign and in the campaign literature as not appearing at retail. The miniature and cards in each box are identical to those in the BattleTech: Legendary MechWarriors pack.
